Kreator - Hordes Of Chaos FLAC album
Warriors of Chaos is a Warhammer army book for the Warhammer Fantasy Battle game. The book gives rules for playing an army of the human Chaos-worshippers from the Chaos wastes of the north, as well as in-game background information on such individuals. Within the game, the forces of Chaos were originally represented by a single army, but were later split into separate armies – daemons, warriors, and beastmen – that could contain models from each other's army lists, albeit not as core choices.
Hordes of Chaos’ is a great modern thrash album that doesn’t try to over play technicality or speed; instead it is content to rely on quality riffing and song writing. Kreator recorded this live in the studio, and have recaptured some of their earlier intensity without losing the more potent elements from the previous two albums. In fact, sonically ‘Hordes of Chaos’ is more similar to ‘Enemy of God’ than ‘Coma of Souls’, but the early hunger seems to be back, and it shows with surprisingly sophisticated songs played at blinding pace

Its followup, Hordes of Chaos, musically continues much in the trend of Enemy of God. The album basically reads like any odd Kreator album, with a more modern production value (thus sounding closer to a latter-day Slayer than, say, Coma of Souls or Pleasure to Kill). The growling, snarling riffs abound on this record, as do Petrozza's familiar shouts and yells; we are greeted from the opening title track by a much-deteriorated yelp

Kreator does it again. Hordes Of Chaos is a raw, angry typical Kreator record full of heavy riffs, face melting solos, powerful and technical drumming. The album is recorded live in studio, first time for Kreator since Pleasure To Kill. This has caused many longtime fans to expect an album of the Pleasure To Kill caliber and they tend to be dissapointed. It has been 21 years since Kreator recorded Pleasure To Kill and since then there has been many changes in the band's music, and their ideas. Hordes of Chaos - A Necrologue for the Elite gives you a clear example of what to expect from the rest of the album. Fast riffing, a small example of Ventor's fastest drumming since their golden days, Mille's patended pissed-off screaming, and the rest can only get better. Warcurse is one of the fastest songs on the album, starting off with Ventor blasting away on his toms.
Hordes of Chaos is Kreator's twelfth studio album. Recorded between July, August 2008 at the Titonus Studios, Germany, produced by Moses Schneider and initially released on the 13th of January 2009 under the Steamhammer label. The album was recorded on 4-track analog tape in a live studio with no overdubs, the first time the band had recorded an album this way since the Pleasure to Kill album in 1986. The album has been released in three different formats.
