Vlado Perlemuter, Chopin - Etudes Opus 10& 25 - Trois Nouvelles Etudes FLAC album
Frédéric Chopin's 24 Préludes Opus 28, played by Vlado Perlemuter (1904-2002). Recorded around 1960 (for Musical Masterpiece Society, MMS-2207)
Chopin composed this set of etudes for the Méthode des methods, a publication of Ignaz Moscheles, a leading pianist and composer of his day who was no. .
Among other "added difficulties" those Etudes by Godowski "expands" the ones by Chopin by transposing them to another tonalities. It seems to me that the opus 10 is more focused on technical aspects. While opus 25 is slightly remote to the concept of the traditional "etude" as Chopin sees it.

Vlado Perlemuter, Chopin – Etudes Opus 10& 25 - Trois Nouvelles Etudes. Label: Nimbus Records – NI 5095. Trois Nouvelles Etudes.
The Études by Frédéric Chopin are three sets of études (solo studies) for the piano published during the 1830s. There are twenty-seven compositions overall, comprising two separate collections of twelve, numbered Op. 10 and Op. 25, and a set of three without opus number. Chopin's Études formed the foundation for what was then a revolutionary playing style for the piano. They are some of the most challenging and evocative pieces of all the works in concert piano repertoire.

Chopin-Etudes (album). Trois Nouvelles Études; 3 Nuovi Studi. Tre nuovi Studi; Trois nouvelles etudes; Τρεις νέες σπουδές. No. 1 in A♭ major Aeolian Harp.
Chopin's Trois Nouvelles Etudes were composed in 1839 as a contribution to the "Méthode des méthodes de piano" compiled by Ignaz Moscheles and François-Joseph Fétis. While not as stunningly dramatic and technically challenging as are many of his Opus 10 (1829-1832) and Opus 25 (1832-1836) studies, these three études are the works in the genre, along with several of the Études-Tableaux by Rachmaninoff and the Harmonies du Soir by Liszt, that would accompany me to a desert island should the need arise.
Etudes, O. 5: N. in A flat. 26. Trois Nouvelles Etudes: N. in D flat. 27. Performer: Vlado Perlemuter. Conductor: Perlemuter, Vlado:piano. Composer: Frederic Chopin. Engaging the ld Vlado Perlemuter to record for them turned out to be something of a coup for the fledgling Nimbus label in the early 80's; the results were both artistically and commercially rewarding and this disc of the twenty-seven Chopin "Études" might well be the pick of the bunch. Despite his relatively advanced age, Perlemuter evinces no signs of diminution in his famously fluid line and dexterity of touch; he plays the fearsome runs and counterposed rhythms with remarkable facility.
